1) Call your hotel ahead of time find out what workout amenities they have.
2) Bands – Ankle bands and bands with handles
3) Video Tapes or DVD’S
4) Stretch Strap
5) Gym shoes or walking shoes
6) Jump Rope
7) Ankle Weights
8) Swim Shorts
If you feel you would like to use a health club instead, talk to the hotel’s concierge
and get a list of all the nearby health clubs.
